Registration is mandatory for all participants.
The registration fee includes:

Please note: Spot registrations are not guaranteed a conference kit.
Entry to scientific sessions and exhibition areas is restricted to registered delegates only.
Accompanying person, including spouses, will not be allowed to attend scientific sessions unless they have completed full registration.
Separate registration is required for each workshop.
Only students who are abstract presenters are eligible to register under the Student Category.
Students must upload or submit a Bonafide Certificate from the Head of Department/Institute at the time of abstract submission.
Registrations cancelled 4 weeks before the conference will be eligible for 75% refund of fees excluding GST (18%).
After this date, no requests for refund will be accepted.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written email requests will be considered.
Refund will be processed after the two weeks of conference date.
